I arrived before opening on Saturday, there was about 30 people already in line. When they opened everybody got in taking a ticket at the entry, half of the people doing renewals and stayed at the line the other half went to sit. I needed to transfer a title and get a new tag and there was about 10 people before me. Had to wait maybe 40 min and it was my turn, and then they got it done in about 20 min, so everything was quite fast. The girl attending me was nice. Overall good experience.

Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ every time I go there they provide customer service at a high friendly level without complaint and they always are courteous, patient and professional, which I like. They get the job done and ensure that all your questions are answered. Some times the wait is long but it well worth it as I’ve been to many locations throughout south Florida and will only use this place.

Amazing tag agency! Friendly staff, very fast. I've gone to other agency's for the HOV decal renewal and this is the only place I got it without being over charged ($7 as opposed to $20-45 like some places charge) and received it right then and there. Very pleased.

Go early! I was in and out of there in 40 minutes, they were so helpful, and it literally cost me 1/3 of what the other agencies were trying to charge me. They only accept cash or checks so be prepare. I would absolutely recommend going here.

Exceptional service. Was there yesterday just before closing. Served by Favi. She was helpful, quick and efficient. I was worried having seen/read all the stories in books, TV, and movies about the DMV. Happy to say this was not the case here and I would absolutely go back to this office again should the need arise. Favi gets 5 stars.

South Broward Tag Agency is fast and friendly. Even when there is a line the staff works very hard and is always friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Most recently Deidra provided some titles we needed very nicely. Very pleasant to work with.
