I came to them with a unique situation. They were able to handle titling my new car I bought in a Government action site. Their competitor would not even try to help even when I explained that I had all the correct documentation and showed the state procedure to title the car. LA title bureau took everything I had, sorted it out and got to work. Very professional and worked with me to get the car titled and registered. Will be back!

AMAZING! I booked my appointment online Thursday afternoon, for 8:45am the next morning! I arrive 10 minutes early, as soon as I walk in the door, a lady calls out my name, I head straight to the window, bi-passed the line. I was done and leaving at 8:51. ONLY 6 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time! I was renewing my DL! So quick!!! Will always go here for any services I can! Super friendly staff, Mrs. Penny helped me! Great customer service!

I just moved to Slidell so I was so unsure how things would go. The lobby was occupied with those waiting for service however the service was fast. Peggy was an excellent, professional, and friendly person who took care of my transaction. Now that the DMV in Slidell is closed this is the place to do your business. There is often a very long wait…however the waiting area is clean, cool and the chairs are comfortable. If you are patient while waiting, they will take care of most of your DMV needs.

A lot of the reviews on the internet are just negative, negative, negative. I recently moved and needed a change of address on my license. When I walked in on a Saturday morning, I was immediately called to the desk (ZERO wait time), the employee was very friendly, and even helped me update my vehicle registration and changed my voter address! Then entire thing cost around $50. I love this place. I will *always* return here.

Today Ms. Maude at La title literally blessed me. I had been told at 2 other title companies that it would be no less than 700 dollars to get my car registered. However after Ms. Maude looked it up and saw it had been previously registered in my name in this state it only cost me 55 dollars. She could have over charged me and I would have never know but she was honest and blessed me more than she knows!

I suspect some of the negative reviews are people who do not have what they need to complete the transactions when they go into here. I have been here many times and always had good service. They are so much more convenient than the DMV. Yes, you pay a fee, but they have notaries on staff to handle things the DMV cannot. I would highly recommend. Most forms can be printed from their website as well. Very quick and convenient overall.
