Anytime you have to do anything related to the DMV it’s always viewed as a chore it seems. These ladies have it figured out. Don’t get it wrong, go with the expectation that there will be a wait, but as long as you have all the paperwork needed and follow the process, it’s always painless here.

The texting service that you sign into is really helpful, you can text S and it immediately gives you where you are in line & about how long it will be. It originally said 94 minutes, but only had to wait about 35 minutes. Everyone was very helpful. It does cost more, but I found the convenience to be worth it.

I walked in, was helped right away. I did not have proper documents, so they told me what I needed. I went home to retrieve documents. Arrived back 20 minutes later. Was helped within 1 minute. 15 minutes later left with my new license. Very professional, courteous and timely service.

This was the fastest and nicest experience I have had at an OMV-express service. I spoke to an older women who was very nice and welcoming. My total visit was probably only 5min during noon on a Monday for getting a new registration sticker. The visit could only have been faster if my phone had loaded my insurance information faster. The employee was also very informative and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone trying to get their paperwork in order.

I have been here many times and always had good service. They are so much more convenient than the DMV. Yes, you pay a fee, but they have notaries on staff to handle things the DMV cannot. I would highly recommend. Most forms can be printed from their website as well. Very quick and convenient overall.

In and out fast and pain free. Less than 15 minutes from the time we walked in. Definitely worth the additional fee they charge. My time normally spent waiting at OMV is worth more than the nominal fee charged. Didn't have to wait 2+ hours at the OMV as we've done so many times before. We will be repeat customers.
